Panda bread failure

Doesn’t really look like a panda does it? What it’s really suppose to look like.

This is why I always received barely satisfactory grades on clay projects in my elementary school art classes…

Yummy zucchini bread!

I made zucchini bread for the first time this morning. I started from this recipe: Martha, Betty, Julia, and Mom: Lowfat/Low Sugar Zucchini Bread but didn’t have applesauce so I just used a bit more oil for a total of 1/2 cup. I also added 2 times as much grated zucchini. The bread was so delicious even with my modifications but I’ll have to admit that this was also my first time ever eating zucchini bread as well so I don’t know how “real” zucchini bread tastes. I will definitely be making this recipe again soon.
